RHL started its first band rehearsal facility in 1988 and
has been providing the most affordable space in the Bay Area since. This is a
new lease so we will be at this new location for 10 or more years. Keypad Alarm System on all rooms, monitored by Bay Alarm.
Unit #5 upstairs - 20 x 17 with hardwood floors - $695 per month
Unit #8 upstairs - 9 x 14 for $395 per month
Unit #8 downstairs - 8 x 14 for $350 per month
